A la carte dining under the stars...BC’s Bar & Grill a la carte restaurant will be shutting their doors on Saturday the 10th of September to relocate to the Santos Food & Fire Fest 2011! BC’s will have a selection of delectable multicultural items on the menu for you to enjoy under the stars. Head Chef, Rick Gomez, will be teaming up with David Pugh for The Best of Beef at 4pm.This is the foodie event of the year – not be missed! Find out some new and exciting ways to serve up our locally grown produce. |

Once named by the NRL Footy Show as having the best pizza in the west, the team at The Irish will be putting their talents into recreating the delicious hearty cuisine of the Irish . Make sure you meet your mates at the festival to try out one of their menu favourites - the Beef & Guinness Pie! |
