Event Location

The Santos Food & Fire Fest will be held at The Big Rig Parklands, 2 Riggers Road, Roma, Queensland. The Big Rig Parklands are in the same area as the Roma tourist information centre, The Big Rig, which can be seen from the Warrego Highway.

Why not stay?

Free camping will be available at Bassett Park, Carnarvon Highway, Roma the Friday the 9th of September and Saturday the 10th of September. Unpowered camping space only. The Roma loop bus, running for the time of the event only, will be stopping at Bassett Park to transport campers to and from the event.

Why not check out the exhibition opening event of ‘Where Are you Leonardo?’ at the Roma on Bungil Gallery on Friday the 9th of September at 5.30pm? Experience the artistic talents of 40 local men – who may, or may not, have exhibited before or even held a paint brush to canvas! Artwork to be auctioned and proceeds to the Roma Men Shed. Visiting Roma from the 7-9th of September will be the Surat Basin Conference which will be held at the Roma Cultural Centre. The Surat Basin Conference is the only regional business engagement event to discuss regional strategies, progress business plans and engage local networks for global business success.
