David Pugh

Chef David Pugh is known for his down to earth attitude and approach to food. His continual search for the best available fresh produce provides his inspiration and the basis of the menu at his acclaimed Restaurant Two. David is renowned for working with premium produce carefully sourced from preferred suppliers. His use of classic technique combined with these fine ingredients and thoroughly modern flair are what place Restaurant Two in the forefront of contemporary Australian cuisine and amongst Australia’s top dining venues.

Appointed in 2009 by the state government as the inaugural Queensland Chef, David promotes Queensland’s reputation for excellence in food production within Australia and internationally.

Rick Gomez

Prominent local chef Rick Gomez was trained in traditional French cuisine and has worked with various European chefs. Rick’s passion for food and his desire to inspire others, led him to develop a culinary training program designed to cultivate a new awareness of ingredients and cooking methods. Inspired by the intensity, texture and perfection of French cuisine and drawing on the architecture, purity and simplicity of Japanese flavours, Rick’s commitment and passion for food is reflected in his inspired culinary creations.

Asa Broomhall

South East Queensland’s favourite larrikin of rock, blues and folk; Asa Broomhall is sailing on the momentum of his 4th independent and self produced release Revelry Road. From clubs and festivals all over Australia to supporting national and international acts such as Evermore, Peter Murray, Ash Grunwald, Ian Moss, Diesel and more; Asa has taken his guitar driven, dynamic show to the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States and is now coming to Roma to share his amazing instrumental, vocal and songwriting talents.

Carnival of the Divine Imagination

The Carnival of the Divine Imagination will ignite your senses with an elemental mix of fiery and luminescent arts and striking displays that have captivated audiences in Australia and around the world, for corporate events, festivals and extravaganzas alike, including the Singapore Arts Festival, Woodford Folk Festival and the Bellingen Global Carnival.

Known for pushing the boundaries of conventional circus and fire performances, the Carnival has created as series of imaginative productions including interactive installations. Keen to share an enthusiasm for performance, the Carnival will be conducting circus workshops and roving performances throughout the afternoon, whilst the magical luminescence of the UV Wonderland will come to life in the evening, delighting children of all ages from 0 – 99 years. The Carnival’s amazing skills and graceful choreography of performers and flames will be showcased in the event’s fire spectacular finale.

Hungarian Folk Dancers

This wonderful Hungarian Folk Dance Ensemble have delighted audiences in Hungary and Australia for more than 10 years. They will treat you to a high-energy, entertaining tour of Hungary’s folk dance culture through their performance of traditional Hungarian folk dances choreographed by Edit Andrej.
